Breathwork is one of the biggest awakenings shifting the wellness industry since the yoga and reiki trend rippled their beautiful energy across the globe 20 years ago. As we move into New Earth frequencies this practice prepares you for ascension, awakening and the release of deep cellular reprogramming that will take place as you move into self-acceptance, divine love, universal healing, unlimited potential and infinite conscious awakening, which brings you to inner true discovery and enlightenment on your terms.

This class is not yogic breathing, those practices can play a role within this practice at times. This is more along the lines of consciousness and energy alignment, soul awakening and transformational breathwork.

I have been honing my skillset in Breathwork facilitation since 2016. However, I have found a growing need for experienced trauma-informed facilitation because of the diverse clients who work with me. The gap I identified was that many styles of intense awakening and modalities are important in the awakening process, sometimes very deeply but can keep us operating at the surface level because of our limiting beliefs and unprocessed emotional trauma.

We are bridging the gap of working with the inner emotional & mental landscape of everyday life and existence in our human hood with understanding these teachings of divine oneness, new thought wisdom, spiritual psychology and quantum metaphysics from a spiritual perspective of pranic energy that moves with the breath through us.

 

When we breathe "consciously connected", we allow the soul to breathe the body which allows for the surrender of the logical mind to release control that it is responsible for "doing" the breathing. You begin to access the neutral field (the zero point) and you begin to witness what arises in your awareness with total compassion and acceptance while having sacred space held for you by the experienced coach.

 

Anchored with the physical earth body, the mind pinned with the awareness of your breath, fresh oxygen is starting to enrich all the cells within your body and your energetic anatomy. The energetic pathways begin to flow and widen, expanding high levels of prana energy (consciousness of all that is) to flow throughout the nervous systems, glandular systems and the crystalline structures within the collagen inside the tissues. Your soul codes are activated which flow forth divine information from your inner epigenetic database, and soul akashic records. You experience your beautiful multidimensional self, and have the perfect moment to heal, release, and

reprogram your identity by dropping in new seeds of consciousness into the quantum field, that can change your reality.
